Jemstein’s strength comes from our family diamond manufacturing background in India, where diamonds are cut, polished, and prepared through our own facilities and trusted production network. Many of our partners are members of recognized industry organizations such as the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC), reflecting their commitment to professional standards and responsible business practices.

This direct access gives us greater control over quality, consistency, and production requirements. It also allows us to support jewellers with both standard and customized diamond solutions, including specific shapes, carat weights, colours, clarities, cuts, and certification preferences.

Every sourcing and manufacturing request is carefully reviewed by a dedicated expert before being presented to our clients. For specific requirements such as certified diamonds, calibrated melee parcels, fancy shapes, large stones, or custom production, we work closely with our manufacturing team to match them as accurately as possible.

World Diamond Council System of Warranties

For natural diamonds, we work with suppliers who provide warranty statements confirming that diamonds are sourced from legitimate channels and are represented in accordance with the World Diamond Council System of Warranties, where applicable.

Kimberley Process

Natural diamonds are sourced through suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, helping prevent the trade in conflict diamonds.

CIBJO Standards

We support recognized industry terminology, disclosure principles, and trading standards established by CIBJO, the World Jewellery Confederation, especially in relation to accurate diamond descriptions and fair representation.

International Trade Compliance

We conduct business in accordance with applicable international trade regulations, including sanctions requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) expectations, and responsible sourcing practices relevant to diamond trading in Germany and Europe.
